How I can scan a photo, I NEED HELP PLEASE WORK FOR YOU!?
I have a Canon printer / scanner and I have no scanning images on my PC. when I'm in control plannel i can see the printer but when I click on it does not work. just say no items waiting to be printed. I have tryed again to install but I can still work. please help really need this for work! thanks "
The use of Photoshop if you have a copy. Go menu File and select TWAIN. Then select Explore. That's it, or go on the Start menu and select the program fee for the scanner installed. Go to the File menu and select scan from there. It will work. You can not scan to go in the control panel or by pressing the scan button of the unit. You need to control through software. You need to use Photoshop or use the Canon software installed. That's it.
