Canon Pixma MP500 printer I said I have two cartridges of the same color, but not me. All ideas help?
I've had my Canon Pixma MP500 for some time and never a problem. Lately I am getting an error message saying that I have two cartridges of the same color (magenta), but not me. Sometimes I can get the magenta cartridge and then put it back, and at least temporarily solve the problem. But then randomly starts up again. Does anyone know how to fix the problem?
