My canon pixma mp450 says the paper is jammed when there is no paper in it. whats wrong?
Everytime i turn on the printer it says the paper is jammed. but there isn’t any paper in the machine. and when i do put paper in it still says that.
There is a small piece of paper, or something stuck in the pathway. If the paper feed is from the top, turn it upside down and gently tap the side. If tray feed, pull the tray, open the back covers and look for a small piece of paper stuck near the edge. You may need a flashlight and to manually turn the rollers to see it.
