i have a consumer complanint about a product plan that isnt being honored can anyone post email canon ceos?
dont get canon pixma printer,,, it wont last a year,,,I purchased the extra product protection plan and they wont honor it,,, im so mad i talked with them and the store local and national where i purchased the printer from and neither company is willing to honor the prodoct protection plan,,,,,,Lesson to be learned your waisting money on the protection plans be carefull of any canon electronics, i’ve done alot of reading and have found lots of complaints on and rebates that arent honored.,,, im seriously considering going to consumer affairs,,,,,so I want to go straight to the top for once last try but cant find any contact info ,,,,just frustrated consumer and wanting to try one approach take it straight to the top,,,
Hmmmm. I thought Canon was a better company than that. I didn’t find a contact for a CEO, but their US web site is below. Try under management in the site map. Good luck with your complaint.
