how do I convert a colour printer into a black and white printer?
i’m thinking about getting a
Epson Stylus R290 InkJet Photo Printer it has 6 individual ink tanks and i’ve been told you can swap the colours with different blacks to get good b&w photos…how would i do this? and how many different blacks are there out there for this printer??
I;m a photography student, i need to print good quality black and whites…..i’ll also use it for printing wedding B&w shots…
It can be done by replacing the ink in the color cartridges with their gray-scale equivalent and printing color images in color mode. You might do some Web searches to find out what scale adjustments others have found that work best.
