How to fix an ink jet printed image that will not bleed?
When printing works of art or a photo on high gloss photo paper for my shot ink, looks very good, but if I want to use that image on a craft project and do not have the ink runs (whether accidentally or rub water on it) how I can fix it? I've tried locking but sometimes it runs. Will the guilt that I let it dry for a few days? Does anyone have any advice on this? Thanks …
The best type inkjet to use for art projects is one that uses pigment inks. For example Epson produced inkjet printers that use UltraChrome inks and DuraBrite. They are not as good high-gloss printing photos, but the inks are very stable. I use a UltraChrome inks and can run the water on the letter immediately after removing it from the printer and the ink does not run. The best is yet to make a pigment inkjet overnight to allow printing to configure properly before using in craft projects.
