Computer Program-Printer?
I am currently using DacEasy Version 13 Accounting Program and want to use an
inkjet printer for printing the monthly reports.
I purchased an HP Officejet Pro K550 and it cuts off the bottom of the report as well as prints over at the bottom. Can you advise what printer might work for me.

It sounds like a paper loading problem.
Perhaps the rubber paper rollers inside the printer need to be cleaned. I think you should look up printer maintenance or printer cleaning instructions in your printer’s help files or go find the information on HP’s web site.
You can also try uninstalling and re-installing the printer drivers and you can always just e-mail HP’s tech support before you go out and buy another printer.
If you want a recommendation, then I’d suggest one of the Canon printers which uses the ‘Think Tank’ system (5 seperate colour cartridges).
HP makes decent to great printers but they freaking rip people off with the price of their ink cartridges. Even their low-priced cartridges are not a bargain because they barely put any ink in them.
Avoid Lexmark printers. While half of them print decently for photos, most of them cannot print small (below 10 point) fonts well. Also, their ink isn’t as good as the ink made by Canon, Epson, and HP.
