Is there any way to use a wireless printer if you have a wireless router?

I was thinking of buying "Lexmark Z2420 Wireless Color of single function inkjet printer "but I do not know anyway to connect to my computer.

You may not use the wireless without a wireless router. Most wireless printers also have a USB port connection, you can use it until you get a wireless router.
