When did HP become a "snapshot" company …?
It seems that HP is becoming the new Kodak. All they do its functions is to promote photography, printers, ink, cameras …… why the sudden change?
Because their teams are rubbish and so as is its support for them. The whole thing has changed over Dell, which makes it much better systems and has real support and customer service technology. HP can not compete in the PC business as they used to years ago. So now, they're trying to do a new niche for themselves.
