Has anyone solved a problem with Canon PIXMA MP760 LCD suddenly shows errors like "incorrect print head"?
I reinstalled the printhead for Canon's website, then LCD displays automatic alignment in the process, but nothing happened and the buttons do not work. I have also disconnected and reconnected the printer, called support and they told me to buy a new printhead. I'm not sure that's the problem. Are Printers single detail without warning?
The electronics in the printhead corrode over time. There is nothing you can do other than replacing the whole as stated in the canon. The printhead does not communicate with the printer.
