A way to find out how many pages I get per ink cartridge?

I have a Canon Pixma MX850 and I would love to find out how many pages I get per ink cartridge. I’m trying to decide if its cheaper for me to go to Kinkos to print out b&w pages or if I should just keep printing large docs at home.

Here are the page yield guides for the Canon inks which go in your MX850.
